Mission:

Concert Hype began in June of 2004 with the vision of opening up more music to the ears of listeners worldwide. Not just mainstream, but also music that we feel deserves more recognition. Whether they've been together for 10 years or have just begun, or whether they've sold out arenas or have only played a show here or there, if we're into an artist/band, we're going to do our best to spread the word about them through features, album/show reviews, contests, interviews, etc. It's all too often that a talented band goes un-noticed due to a lack of funds, publicity, etc.

We hope to establish connections with record labels, public relations companies, promoters, magazines, other music sites, and bands themselves in creating a unique music environment - one where fans can come together despite their differences in taste.

We're always open to new ideas and new projects, so feel free to contact us if you're interested in working with our staff.

What makes Concert Hype different?

Our contributors have a strong passion for music. We're REAL in every aspect. Real reviews, real opinions, etc. Nothing is sugar-coated here. If we're telling you how great a band is, or vice versa, rest assured we mean it.
