Sometime Tomorrow

This band is a local band with a couple of faces very familiar to the scene in the area, so a decent show was to be expected. They certainly delivered even better than that. The music was a very interesting style, as the instruments were completely in sync with each other. There were very few vocals, and the instruments drowned them out, but that was okay, because the music was entertaining enough by itself. I would definitely go and see them again if given the chance.

Paris Texas

Of all of the indie bands I’ve ever seen, I’d have to say these guys are one of my favorites. They were a lot of fun to watch. Each member of the band looked like they were having a great time, as if they were playing by themselves in their basements. The lead singer was having a great time too, as he was all over the stage, and at one point even stood on the base drum. Musically they were also great. I got a chance to meet a couple of the guys after the show, and they were very down to earth, nice guys. I definitely recommend checking them out; it will be well worth your money.

I had heard some good things about this band in the past, but I wasn’t quite sure if they would live up to the hype. To my surprise, they exceeded any expectations I had for them. The show started with just the two guitarists and the drummer on stage, as they played the intro of a song. Then just in time for the vocals to come on, lead singer Aimee Echo took the stage. She was pretty, energetic, and most importantly, a great singer. The whole time she was all over the stage as the band tore apart the venue. This punk band has definitely made my list of great live bands. They carried this onto their CD, too. Make sure to check them out, they will be worth your time. I know next chance I get I’ll be going to another show.
